The V.I. Police Department on Wednesday arrested Josh Allen, a 37-year-old from Lerkenlund on St. Thomas. Police had been seeking Allen in regards to several larcenies that had taken place throughout the island.
Officers apprehended Allen on Norre Gade.
He has been charged with credit card fraud, possession of stolen property, and theft/obtaining credit through fraud.
Bail for Allen was set at $20,000 by order of the Superior Court. Unable to post bail, he was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections.
