Victorine H. Jacobs Richards died on March 29.

She is survived by her son, Jelani Richards; daughter, K’Licia Martin; daughter-in-law, Christina Richards; grandchildren: A’aleyah Deterville and Jelani Richards Jr.; mother, Gwendolyn Jacobs; brothers: Denfield Jacobs, John Jacobs and Samuel (Sammy) Jacobs; sisters: Laurel Jacobs and Muriel Jacobs-Liburd; nieces and nephews: Kenny and Kamika Jacobs-Dillard, Anne-marie Jacobs, Julian and Bianca Jacobs, Bernard and Orvette Liburd Jr., Felicia Jacobs, Krystal Martin, K’Licia Martin, DeShaunn Doward, Dezarae Caines, Khamal Perrera, Cashena Christian, Inais Borque and Hugo Moorehead III; sisters-in-law: Deborah (Debbie) Jacobs and Ivena Jacobs; brother-in-law, Bernard Liburd Sr.; great nieces and nephews: Harmony Jacobs, Daniel Liburd, Bas Jacobs, Knarly Dillard and DeAndre Duncan; and aunts: Ileta Jacobs-Davis, Maudlyn Jacobs-Ambrose and Heather Dorothy Jacobs-Henry.

She is also survived by cousins: Claudette, Bridget, Amanda, Ian and Aaron Martin, Stanley, Janice and Ronald Davis, Ivan, Collin and Semone Ambrose, Vanroy, Vincent (Leroy), Tyrone, Dewitt, Althea and Valarie Benjamin, Vera Yhan, Eddy and Keturah Marcellin, Veron, Orville, Alson and Eustace Henry Jr., Heather Henry-Joseph, Carol Henry-Lyne, Rupert Henry and family, Eunice Gomes and family, Sylvester Henry and family, Clidie Henry and family, Dulcie Winter and family, Gwen Degrasse and family, Jean Brown and family, Barry Daniels and family, Casina Haynes and family, Coralita Daniels and family, Pauline Lynch and family, Charles Haynes, Avon Haynes, Samuel Simon and family, and Cordie Hector and family; and godchildren: too numerous to mention.
