USVI Department of Tourism Closes Offices Down Until Further Notice

As the U.S. Virgin Islands joins worldwide efforts to stop the spread of Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), the Department of Tourism is closing its offices effective immediately until further notice.

Visitors or residents who have tourism-related inquiries are asked to visit www.usviupdate.com or email info@usviupdate.com.

Messages can also be left using the Tourism Department’s voice mail system, which are then routed to the department’s email system and accessed regularly.

To contact the Department of Tourism’s office in the St. Thomas-St. John District, call 774-8784. The St. Croix office can be contacted at 772-0357.

The department’s toll-free number can be accessed at (800) 372-USVI (8784).
