The Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation has announced the return of their Governmental and Industrial Coed Softball League. The league will begin this evening with two great match-ups. Game times are 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at D.C. Canegata Ballpark. Tonight’s first game will be Hummers vs. Oilers; the second game will be Sports Work vs. Drug Squad.
There is a total of eight teams registered:
V.I. National Guard – Hummers
FEMA – Da Regulars
V.I. Fire Department – Fire
Juan F. Luis Hospital/Department of Health – Drug Squad
Limetree Bay Terminal – Oilers
V.I. Department of Education – VIDE Defenders
V.I. Water & Power Authority – Shockers
Sports, Parks & Recreation /Public Works – Sports Work
