“I am thrilled to be back at the University of the Virgin Islands, and it’s an honor to lead UVI-CELL,” said Darrow-Magras.  “For over 17 years, UVI-CELL has supported the territory’s continuing education needs, and I’m excited about the new programs and services we are launching in 2020.”

Darrow-Magras is a visionary, who is innovative and passionate about building relationships around education, creativity and problem-solving throughout the community in the interest of meeting the needs of individuals and organizations in the territory.
