Gifft Hill School 34th Annual Silent Auction on St. John and Online Around the World

Gifft Hill School on St. John

Gifft Hill School invites the public to join it at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, March 7, for the 34th Annual Gifft Hill School Auction entitled “Bright Futures are Blooming.” Dinner and cocktails will be provided with live music by Eva & Mark Music and the Barracuda Band.

Gifft Hill School educates one-third of the children on St. John, which means the school relies on the generosity of the local community and beyond. The Gifft Hill School hopes to provide over 90 percent of its students with financial assistance each year to support a diverse and talented student body.

The live auction features fantastic packages, including a winery tour in California, trips to Puerto Rico and New York, charter boat excursions, a Costa Rican eco-tour, an African safari, a wine wall, and much more. The popular Golden Ticket will return this year. Only 200 tickets will be sold at $100 per ticket. The winning ticket will get the first pick of the live auction items, and some restrictions may apply.

Guests that are unable to attend the live auction may purchase Golden Tickets, raffle tickets and bid for online silent auction items from anywhere in the world. Bidding for the online silent auction and raffle tickets will be available Feb. 14 through 7:30 p.m., March 7.

The online silent auction features family-friendly activities like zip-lining, local artwork, jewelry, boating trips, villa rentals and gift certificates to local restaurants and stores. Bidding can happen via cell phone, tablet or web browser.
