FEMA Nonprofit Security Grant Programs Offer Webinars

Federal Emergency Management Agency

The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) has released some important information to ensure continued success in the administration of the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP).

FEMA Grant Programs Directorate, in partnership with the Department of Human Services Center for Faith and Opportunity Initiatives, invites faith-based, community and nonprofit partners to participate in one of three upcoming webinars regarding the grant program.

The Nonprofit Security Grant Program provides funding support for target hardening and other physical security enhancements to nonprofit organizations; it promotes emergency preparedness coordination and collaboration between public and private community representatives, as well as state, local, tribal and territorial governments.

Each webinar will present the same content, including: an overview of the NSGP, information on grant program eligibility and allowable costs, and a moderated question and answer session. Additional details on how to participate will be forthcoming.
