Roach Announces New Real Property Tax Online System and Abbreviated Hours

Lieutenant Governor Tregenza Roach Esq.

There is now an upgraded Real Property Tax online system for the Offices of the Tax Assessor and Tax Collector. This new system, called Entellitrack (ETK), is a web-based data platform that will greatly enhance customer service and property tax management features, according to a press release issued by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.

ETK will provide more efficient and streamlined electronic property tax services and well needed upgrades to the existing daily operations of both offices. Some features of ETK include enabling parcel owners to receive bill notifications online, establishing payment plans and enhancing manual processes to automated system functions.

According to Lt. Gov. Tregenza Roach, in preparation for the first phase of upgrades, the Real Property Tax Divisions and cashiers will require abbreviated hours to perform vendor-required data testing in preparation for the launch and integration of Entellitrack. As a result, there will be a change in the hours of operations for the Office of the Tax Collector, Office of the Tax Assessor and cashiers in both districts effective Monday, Dec. 9.

These offices will open be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays. This change will be effective only for December. Hours of operation will remain from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
