V.I. National Guard Association Announces Scholarship Recipients

Virgin Islands National Guard

The Virgin Islands National Guard Association announces scholarship ceremonies in honor of Lt. Col. David C. Canegata III who died in Iraq on Jan. 20, 2007. In addition to the Lieutenant Colonel David C. Canegata III Scholarship, the association will present the Brigadier General (Ret.) Elton Lewis Scholarship to a deserving student who plans to study homeland security or law enforcement.

Wednesday, July 17, at Ivanna Eudora Kean High School cafeteria at 10:30 a.m.
