Patches of moisture embedded in the easterly trades will move across the area later today potentially leading to the development of one or two showers. Easterly to northeasterly winds are expected at 5-10 miles per hour with daytime high temperatures reaching into the middle 80s.
Seas will remain choppy across the coastal waters as wind-driven swells continue to diminish. A northerly swell will move across the local waters later today generating hazardous seas through Wednesday. While seas continue to subside, choppy conditions will exist today due to winds between 10-15 knots (12-17 miles per hour) and six foot seas in some areas.
