Friday V.I. Forecast: Mostly Sunny, Breezy

While a few showers are possible today, skies will be mostly sunny. Breezy conditions with winds of 10-20 miles per hour with higher gusts are forecast, as high temperatures reach into the middle 80s.

Easterly winds to 20 knots (23 miels per hour) and six foot seas are expected across the local waters. Small craft operators are urged to exercise caution when navigating the waters of the Anegada Passage.

There is a moderate risk of rip currents around the northwest and western beaches of St. Thomas, and at all beaches on St. Croix.
