Across the coastal waters, winds will average 10-15 knots (12-17 miles per hour) with some higher gusts with seas to five feet. There will be a moderate of rip currents around of the shorelines of St. Croix today. There is also a moderate risk of rip currents along the northwestern coastline of St. Thomas.
