Although a dry and stable air mass is expected to prevail across the Virgin Islands much of this week, easterly winds will transport patches of scattered showers across the local area from time to time. Daytime high temperatures will continue to average in the mid to upper 80s.
Moderate to fresh easterly winds will result in choppy seas to six feet, and small craft operators should exercise
caution. There is a moderate risk of rip currents across most beaches on St. Croix.
