Fair weather is expected to prevail across the Virgin Islands today with only a slight chance of showers. A similar weather pattern will prevail over the next few days as a high pressure ridge limits shower development at least through Thursday. Daytime high temperatures average in the mid to upper 80s.
Moderate to locally fresh easterly winds to 20 knots (23 miles per hour) and five foot seas are expected. There is
a moderate risk of rip currents across most St. Croix beaches.
Sunrise is at 6:08 a.m. and sunset will occur at 6:35 p.m.
