Leroy A. Edwards of Estate St. George Villas died on Friday, March 1. He was 61 years old.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ricardo Edwards; aunts: Emmarithia Smith and Rita Smith; and uncles: Rudolph Smith and Kenneth Andrews.

He is survived by his mother, Margarita Heywood; brothers: Rodney McIntosh Jr., Arthur McIntosh and Maurice Heywood; sisters: Beverly McIntosh and Valerie Stevens; aunts: Dolorithia Bridgewater, Virginia Walker and Doreen Christian; uncles: Leon Smith, Arthur Smith Jr. and Delroy Christian; nephews: Michael Lawrence, Deval Stevens, Devonte Stevens, Ohzani McIntosh, Tyreese and Maurice Heywood; nieces: Carizma Rojas and Atimah McIntosh; great niece, Morgan Marice Lawrence; great nephews: Amani Gumbs and Jahfya McIntosh; special friend, Sandra Santiago: as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

The viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 18, at Refuge Tabernacle Church, Grove Place. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.

  1. My condolences to the family and friends may Jehovah God give you peace and comfort in this difficult time.
    (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) Jesus Father gave him resurrection and we were promised through his death to have faith in Christ that those who fell asleep in death will have life through resurrection.
    (John 11:25,26) In the meantime keep your loving memories forever.
