ACTION FOR DEBT FORECLOSURE OF LIEN AND BREACH OF CONTRACT

SUMMONS

 To:       “John Doe,” being all unknown heirs, successors, and assigns of Rosemarie Moran and all persons claiming a right, title, lien Estate or interest in Week Number 13 in Villa Unit Number 257 in Captain’s Command at Bluebeard’s Beach Club, an Interval Ownership Condominium, Parcel Nos. 100-A, 100-B, and 100-C together with easements “A” and “B” on Parcel 100-Rem. No. 4 Estate Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

            Within the time limited by law (see note below) you are hereby required to appear before this Court and answer to a complaint filed against you in this action and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment by default will be taken against you as demanded in the Complaint, for

DEBT AND FORECLOSURE OF LIEN AND BREACH OF CONTRACT.
