Eileen Stanley died on Feb. 1.

She is survived by her spouse, George Stanley; daughter, Carmen Mills; sons: Joseph Jeffers, Elvis Jeffers and Morris Jeffers; granddaughters: Sameda Jeffers, Inisha Jeffers, Victoria Jeffers and Julene Jeffers; grandsons: Antonio Garvey and Anton Jeffers; great- grandchildren: Adora Garvey, Natalia Roumo, Jeremiah Mathurin, Zariah Jeffers, Caleb Lindsey and Schaje Evans; stepchildren: Kephrin Stanly (St. Croix) and Geraine Stanley (Fla.); and brothers: George Jeffers and Earl Jeffers (UK).

She is also survived by sisters: Melsada Jeffers and Roselie Griffin (UK); aunt, Hilda Privel (USA); sisters-in-law: Iona Maynard (UK) and Esther Dyer (Fla.); brothers-in-law: Moses Griffin (UK), Morris Wallace and Naiboth Hendrekson (N.C.); daughters-in-law: Connie Stevens Jeffers, Mureal Jeffers (St. Kitts) and Charmaine Daley Jeffers (St. Croix); son-in-law, Landworth Mills (St. Croix); and adopted children: Ernest Gumbs (TOR) and Adpolphus Gumbs(USA).

Other survivors include special friends: Sarah Harvey and family, Charles Anthony and family, Ercil Williams, Alicia Gilbert Joseph and family, Marilyn Stanley and family, Pamella Micthel and family, Ernest Stanley and family, Neville Paul and family, the Staff of B’s Laundromat, Cynthia Jeffers and family, Kathleen Maynard and family, Juliet Thomas and family, Curie Sutton, Diane Warden, Denise Williams and family, Lilleo Joseph and family; as well as other relatives and friends near and far too numerous to mention.

Special thanks to the Holy Cross Episcopal family.

A viewing will be held from 3-5 p.m., Friday, March 15, at Divine Funeral Services Chapel, 129 Peter’s Rest. A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Castle Coakley. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
