Madeline M. Greene, also known as “Ms. Reggie,” from Sandy Point, St. Kitts, died at the age of 81.
She was preceded in death by her son, Nigel Greene;
She is survived by her children: Everton Richards, Rohna Ryan, Anette Herbert, Lorrender Shoy, Marva Shoy, Vernon Shoy and Marsha Greene-Henry; daughter-in-law, Gillian Doleman; son-in-law, Edrick Herbert; grandchildren: Jabari C. Smith-Perry, Janelle B. McGregor, Jewelle Harris, Shantel A. Shoy-Cogman, Dante Shoy, Alondra Henry, Nigel Mills, Vernon Shoy Jr., Aisha K. Wilson, Sharifa J. Shoy, Keshon Wilson, Vernitta “Peachers” Shoy, Kamillah Richards, Zahara Richards, Leon Richards, Rhianna Richards, Sylvester Caesar, Clint Richards, Elroy Richards, Leon Shoy and Latisha Richards;
She is also survived by grandsons-in-law: Anthony Cogman and Stephon Perry-Smith; granddaughter-in-law: Candace Warner-Shoy; great-grandchildren: Corde’ Shoy, Evan Cogman, AJ Cogman, Shawn Cogman, Kheyahnu Shoy, Nikjuan Francis, Ajahni Richards, Sarai John, Faith Harris, Kelis M. Parris, Kasim Richards, Caeden Richards, Lashanda Cox, Derrika Richards, Katelyn L. Shoy, Jahziyah Shoy, Rashamel R. Johnson Jr., Renesha Barthlet and Iquandra Mills, Ashton W. Jones, Regan Reign and Leon Hemings;
Other survivors include special nieces: Dahlia Richardson (St. Thomas) and Tricia “Pearl” Dore; special nephew, Romeo Bergan; special friends: Mr. Basil Joseph and Mrs. Yvonne Joseph, Mr. Nevil Paul and his Laundry family, Rosie Shoy, Mrs. Rissing, Ms. Deborah Parris, Mr. Matthew, Pastor Alsender Williams and the Wesleyan Holiness Church family, the Frederiksted Senior Citizen family, Ms. Duggins and Marishka Bethtelmy family, Williams family, Sister Stevenson, Brother Joseph and family and the Mitchel family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The family requests attendees wear festive colors.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. will be held on Friday, Feb. 22, at Beeston Hill Wesleyan Holiness Church, Beeston Hill. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
