Fleming Charged with Grand Larceny

Carl Fleming Jr., a 26-year-old St. Thomas resident, was arrested Sunday and charged in the theft of of more than $2,000 from a delivery van.

According to the V.I. Police Department, on Feb. 11 Fleming, “without authorization,” gained access to a parked delivery van and removed $2.020.67.

Fleming was charged with grand larceny. His bail was set at $20,000 by order of the court and he was processed and turned over to the Bureau of Corrections.
