Earl Richard Wentworth Daniel Dies at 68

Earl Richard Wentworth Daniel

Earl Richard Wentworth Daniel, also known as “Wenty” or “Danny,” of Estate Cane died on Jan. 10. He was 68 years old.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Earl Davidson Daniel and Carmelita Daniel.

He is survived by his sons: Andrey Daniel and Jovan Daniel; daughter-in-law, Munirah Daniel; stepchildren: Densil “June” Alexander, Carmen Alexander and Provi “Sandy” Alexander; grandchildren: Jovan “JoJo” Daniel, Sah’fyah Daniel, Joelie Daniel, Yovianix Daniel, Iridessa Daniel, Kiran Daniel and Khalil Daniel; brothers: Leonard Daniel, Henry Daniel, Kenrick Daniel and Terry Daniel; and aunts: Irma Patrick and Margaret Francis.

He is also survived by cousins: Gail “Yvette” Hackett, Wayne Patrick, Joan Isaac, Marva Patrick, Clayton Patrick, Kirk Patrick, Anthony Francis, Christopher Francis, Jacqueline “Jackie” “Leah” McCluster, Kurt Francis, Beverly McRee, Joan Henry, Natasha Francis, Lyndon Francis and Brian Francis; special friends: Carmen Monell, Lucien Downes, Sr. and Carmen Ruiz, Michael and Elyse Marchan, Lennox Cato, Tony Romano, Alvin Clement, Jno Baptiste, Roosevelt Paris and The Hovensa Posse; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

The viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and the funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, at St. Peters Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
