Vehicle Collision Claims 19-year-old’s Life

A 19-year-old St. Croix resident, identified by next of kin as Naeem Sealey, was killed Sunday evening in a vehicle collision, according to the V.I. Police Department.

At about 8:21 p.m. Sunday Sunday, officers from the Traffic Investigation Bureau responded to a report of an auto collision where Melvin H. Evans Highway Route 66 and Paradise road Route 69 intersect.

Preliminary investigation revealed that an east-bound 2016 Toyota Corolla collided with a 2009 Nissan Altima that was heading southwest off Paradise Road. All occupants in both vehicles sustained injuries, with one fatality.

This collision is still under investigation currently.
