James E. Reid Sr.

James E. Reid Sr. of 32-S Rattan died on Nov. 26.

He is survived by his daughter, Tessa E. Reid; son, James E. Reid Jr.; his brother, Charles C. Reid; sisters: Lucy V. Reid, Clarice Howe, Cynthia Piper and Elena Reid; nephews: Trevor Reid, Lesroy Reid, Frances Brookes, Kinsgley Howe, Joseph Howe and Kenneth Piper; nieces: Sharon Piper, Sharon Dorsette, Paula Duke, Frances Martin and Nellista Reid; uncles: Stedman Brann, Robert Howe and Dan Howe; aunts: Catherine Frances, Viola Lee, Iris Howe and Isilda Howe; ex-wife, Avis T. Reid; and godchildren: Winston Brown, Camile Allen and Kamee Allen.

He is also survived by cousins: Captain William Reid, Patrick Dyer and family, Franklin Howe and family, Nevelle Brann, Leroy Brann, Denise Meade, Selvin Brann, Derrick Brann, Mary Howe, Jusley Brann, Elvis Brann, James Lee, Sonny Lee and Family, Sam Hussey, Isilda Frances, Patricia Frances, Joycelyn Allen, Iris Frances, John Peters, Annetta Sweeney and family, Roch and family, Rachell Lee and family, Denise James, Simra James and Iselma Edwards.

A viewing will be held from 3-5 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13, at Divine Funeral Service LLC. and Crematory.

A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by funeral services at 10 a.m., Friday, Dec. 14, at St. John’s Anglican Church, Christiansted. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
