To:     Defendant “John Doe,” being all unknown heirs, successors, and assigns of Doris M. Hutchinson and all persons claiming a right, title, lien Estate or interest in Week 34 in Villa Unit Number 246, Week 19 in Villa Unit Number 202 and Week 09-O in Villa Unit Number 251 in Captain’s Command at Bluebeard’s Beach Club, an Interval Ownership Condominium, Parcel Nos. 100-A, 100-B, and 100-C together with easements “A” and “B” on Parcel 100-Rem. No. 4 Estate Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

         Within the time limited by law (see note below) you are hereby required to appear before this Court and answer to a complaint filed against you in this action and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment by default will be taken against you as demanded in the Complaint, for
