The V.I. Waste Management Authority Preserving Paradise Team informs the community that the St. Croix Transfer Station and Anguilla Landfill will remain open on Friday, Sept. 14, but will be closed on Saturday, Sept. 15 and Sunday, Sept. 16, due to inclement weather caused by Tropical Storm Isaac.
VIWMA anticipates normal operating hours will resume on Monday, Sept. 17. In the interim it is asking the public and all haulers to hold onto their waste.
