The Witnesses warmly invite all in the community to attend the three- days of the ‘Be Courageous’ convention this weekend at the Assembly Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 23C North Carlton Road, Frederiksted. The convention will be held Friday, June 8; Saturday, June 9; Sunday, June 10.
The program will start at 9:20 a.m. each day, with a noon break from noon to 1:25 p.m., followed by the continuation of the program from 1:25-4:50 p.m.
The convention will feature Bible-based talks and video presentations. There will not be a collection or entrance fee.
On Sunday, June 10, at. 1:50 p.m., a featured film will be shown: “Jonah—A Lesson in Courage.”
The program will help many to be courageous in view of present and future events that will require courage. This is advice from the Bible.

JWs are pressured to “serve” the organization. Matt 6:24 Not doing so can result in fear and anxiety, since having faith and hope, is based on an organization that promises salvation as long as JWs “serve” the Watchtower through one’s “time, energy, and material possessions” ( Wt 2017/10) Called “Jehovah’s spirit-directed organization” and “Zion”, it is in reality a deceptive ploy to mislead honest-hearted ones and God’s anointed ones, seducing them into a false sense of “peace and security”. This ploy originates with the demonic spirit, Satan, who can appear as an “angel of light”. Satan and his ministers direct this organization – the fourth Beast of Daniel and Revelation’s two Beasts, to come against the anointed ones. 1 Thess 5:1-3;2 Cor 11:13-15; Rev 13:1,7,8,11,14-17; Dan 7:23,25
JWs, who comprises your priesthood? Do you know who they are? This priesthood is found with the anointed ones, who are also God’s “Temple”/Zion. Isa 43:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:10,20-22 Yet, the elder body has been given authority by a “wicked slave” to rule over and disfellowship them. Matt 24:48-51; Rev 13:15 Don’t you find it rather incredible, that God’s chosen “holy ones” can be considered spiritually “dead” for not accepting failed and false doctrine. THEY and those who seek the way of Truth, are the COURAGEOUS ONES to stand up to an elder body who acts as their spiritual judge, cutting them off from family and friends. John 14:6 Rom 14:4; Matt 5:10,11 What about yourselves? Do you rally behind this elder body and condemn God’s appointed priesthood, when they speak Truth in Christ? John 16:2; Acts 7:54-58; Luke 21:12 Or, do you continue to swallow lies; among them, of which are those called “new light”? Jer 23:32
The elder body “standing” over/in the Temple/priesthood is the “disgusting thing” of Matt 24:15; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Dan 9:27; 11:31
