Kevon Benjamin Edwards, 20, was shot and killed Friday night in the Harbor Housing Community in Golden Rock.
It was the eighth homicide on St. Croix since the beginning of the year, the ninth in the territory.
According to police, at about 8:30 p.m. Friday the 911 call center received a call of a man down in the Harbor Housing Community. At the scene, officers discovered the unresponsive body of 20-year-old Edwards, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
He was identified by his family members.
