St. Croix Landmarks Society to Host Day of Appreciation for Disaster Responders

Estate Whim Museum is part of the St. Croix Landmarks Society

The St. Croix Landmarks Society (SCLC) will host a day of appreciation for disaster responders on Sunday, March 25.

“Come share St. Croix’s history and culture with those who are helping us restore our island,” said SCLC Executive Director Sonia Jacobs Dow. “Come experience our historical exhibits, tradition bearers, music, dance and sweet treats from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Learn more about the services we provide at our Research Library and Archives. The Cookhouse and Museum Store will also be open.”

Come out and help SCLC show appreciation for local and visiting disaster responders. Introduce them to cultural traditions — cariso, quadrille, traditional candies and other favorites — while exploring the Estate Whim Living Museum together.
