Kerone Sharon Hazelwood Pryce Dies at 57

Kerone Sharon Hazelwood Pryce

Kerone Sharon Hazelwood Pryce of Estate Whim died on Wednesday, Jan. 31. She was 57 years old.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Anita Granville and Albert Jones.
She is survived by her husband, William Tony Pryce; daughters: Ycianda Granville, Daniella Granville-Sobratti and Nadesha Powell; son, Joshua Powell Sr.; daughter-in-law: Anna-Lisa Minto-Powell; sons-in-law: Henry Sobratti Jr. and Allen Brewley; grandchildren: D’Nyah and Henry Sobratti III, Nevaeh Bannis, Alijah, Abijah and Alizah Brewley, and Joshua Powell Jr.; sisters: Sylvia Granville, Ariffa Granville-Rivera, Marlene Granviel and Diane Jones; and brothers: Kenneth, Loui and Derrick Granville, and Winston, Selwyn and David Jones.
She is also survived by stepchildren: Carol Jackson, Brittney ,Tony and Tevon Pryce; stepgrandchildren: Kayshla and Tarique Hodge, Nailah Rawlins, Carter Caleb and Mekhi; nieces and nephews: Elijah and Eliciah Schou, Edna, Cyndra and Kendra Granville, Natasha James, Nicole Smith, Andre Padmore, Durrel, Jamela, Camille, Alana, Tyrone, Shantal and Jermaine Jones, Lenard and Jenelle Spencers, Layton, Javel and Shanice McCoy; step niece and step nephew: Jennifer and Austin Leonard; and aunts: Gladys, Alicen and Holda Hazelwood.
Other survivors include her uncle: Cecil Hazelwood; in-laws: Rudolph Pryce, Joan Granville and Mary Benjamin; great nieces and great nephews: Zaria, Zyan, Baliegh, Ayan, Akayah, Celina, Lennise, Zala, Shamoia, Shamwala, Louisa, Christian, Shamoi and Myan; special friends: Doreen Gerard, Anna Lydia Santiago, Muriel Francis, Kelston Powell, Gladys and Nell Walters, Janet Beckles, Karen V. Stout, Valencia Henry, Melinda Williams, Marva O’Neal and Maud Phillips; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing at 9 a.m. will be followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 24, at Calvary Baptist Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
