The V.I. Department of Public Works (DPW) advises the public that beginning Monday, Feb. 12, paid service will resume at the Strand Street parking lot. The lot will follow their normal hours of operation, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
DPW had ceased charging for parking due to equipment damage caused by the passing of the two hurricanes.

This nomination should not even be reconsidered but rejected immediately. Perhaps when you ask the question again regarding who is in charge of the Procurement Department you will get a concise answer to this question. The glaring nepotism claim, poor state of our port resources and dismissal of competent Executive staff, etc., is sufficient reason to disapprove this nomination without any reservation.
