The regatta draws competitive sailors from across the USVI, the British Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, all of which suffered heavy damage in September from a pair of category 5 urricanes, Irma and Maria. Events tha t are part of the regatta include an Optimist Clinic, Captain Nick’s Race, and two days of international regatta racing in the Buck Island channel.
