The USVI Soccer Association will resume its morning Youth Development training sessions (Grassroots Program) on Saturday, Oct. 7. The program was put on pause for a few weeks due to the passage of Hurricane Maria. The sessions are held from 9:30-11:30 a.m., every Saturday morning at Bethlehem Soccer Field on St. Croix. The hours will be adjusted in the coming weeks based on the curfew hours.
The St. Thomas region Grassroots Program will remain suspended until further notice.
This program is geared towards both boys and girls in the 5-12 years-old age group. The program helps the children mentally and physically. They will also obtain many life learning skills such as leadership, self-esteem, discipline and communication skills, all of which enhance their academic endeavors.
Join the USVI Soccer Association every Saturday morning for a day of fun and learning as it welcomes back soccer for the kids.
