Flood Advisory Issued for St. Croix

The National Weather Service in San Juan issued a flood advisory for St. Croix, from 12:38 to 1:45 a.m. Saturday.

According to the NWS, a thunderstorm brought heavy rain across St. Croix, hich will cause minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience flooding include Frederiksted South, Grove Place, Frederiksted and Christiansted.
The V.I. Territorial Emergency Management Agency urged residents to be especially cautious at night, when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
