There are now three Viya Wi-Fi hotspots on St. Croix: Plaza Extra West, Plaza Extra East and Vitema’s Emergency Operations Center, according to Viya.
“We are anticipating that we will have additional hotspots in Christiansted, Frederiksted and Sunny Isles shortly,” Viya representative Jennifer Matarangas-King said in a statement Wednesday afternoon.
Marina Ricci, a reporter for the Source, was able to access a hotspot in Christiansted at 7 p.m. Wednesday evening, indicating Viya is progressing in its efforts.
