Scotiabank Launches ‘Turn Your Bills Into Cash’ Campaign

Committed to offering customers quality service, Scotiabank has launched its new Alternate Channels campaign, “Turn Your Bills Into Cash.” With this initiative, it will hold a sweepstakes in which participants can earn up to $1,000 in cash.

“Aware that technology has become the protagonist of our lives, we recognize the need to keep up with the technological advances and always offer a modern and agile experience. This time we are rewarding our customers for making payments through two of our most important alternative channels, thus encouraging the use of these convenient tools that allow us to save time,” said Denis Vaz, vice president and country head of Scotiabank U.S. Caribbean.

From June 1 through Sept. 30, customers who pay their auto loan, credit card, personal loan or any of their debts registered through Scotia Online or Scotia Mobile during the campaign period will be automatically entered to win 10 prizes totaling $500 each or 5 grand prizes of $1,000 each at the end of the campaign.

“At Scotiabank, we continue to improve and transform our platforms to offer our customers all the alternatives that make their banking experience one that meets and exceeds all their needs and expectations, allowing them to manage their accounts and finances remotely, 24/7,” said Ricardo Domenech, vice president of retail banking.

“We remain committed to our customers, placing tools at their disposal that give them the opportunity to achieve their financial goals, and above all, save time. With an investment of approximately $80,000, the launch of “Turn Your Bills into Cash” is an advertising campaign that includes traditional and non-traditional media, educational promotions, branch labeling, social networking and digital media, among others,” said Michelle Pérez, vice president and head of marketing.
