Juan C. Aponte Dies at 16

Juan C. Aponte

Juan C. Aponte, also known as “Chino,” died on March 11. He was 16 years old.

He is survived by his mother, Emma Ramos;  stepfather, Rafael Deleon; grandparents: Amparo Julian, Clara Aponte and Juan Aponte Sr.;  sisters: Ikxia T. Aponte, Jessica M. Aponte and Angela St. Rose; brother, Juan M. Aponte; nieces: Jazmarie Joseph and Jahlayah Aponte; nephew, Johnny Encarnacion; aunts: Gloria Ramos, Sara Ramos, Luz Ramos, Cruz Ramos, Vilma Santiago, Justina Santiago, Victoria James and Idalia Quiles; uncles: Carlos Soto, Francisco Santiago, David Ramos and Qliut Ramos; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

There will be a viewing from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, at James Memorial Funeral Chapel. A second viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, at James Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
