Choice-Wireless LTE Network Conversion to Innovative Network to Happen Soon

Over the last three months, Choice-Wireless LTE customers were advised of the company’s efforts to convert all customers to Innovative’s advanced network. Within the next two weeks, the migration will be completed and customers are asked to act immediately to avoid the disconnection of their service.

Choice-Wireless LTE customers on St. John are asked to act immediately to avoid losing service on Friday, March 10; St. Thomas customers are asked to act immediately to avoid losing service on Friday, March 17. The network on each island will not be available after these dates.

CEO Alvaro Pilar said, “This migration to Innovative’s network is an upgrade which creates an improved customer experience with faster broadband speeds and access to Innovative’s extensive number of products and services.”

“We are encouraging all outstanding Choice Wireless LTE customers to contact the Choice Migration team today between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 774-2000, Monday through Friday, to schedule the conversion and ensure that the conversion process is seamless and they can enjoy their service without any disruptions,” said Pilar.
