Police Charge Man with Unauthorized Possession of Firearm

Police on Wednesday arrested 37-year-old Robert “Netty” Marsh and charged him with unauthorized possession of a firearm, the V.I. Police Department reported.

According to police, at approximately 8:25 a.m. Wednesday at the entrance to the Breezez Nightclub in Estate Golden Rock, Marsh was allegedly found to be in possession of a .45 caliber handgun with 12 live rounds that he was not licensed to carry or possess in the USVI.

His bail was set at $25,000. Unable to post bail he was remanded to Golden Grove Detention Center pending his advice of rights hearing.
