The Department of Human Services’ Division of Children and Family has announced it will reopen its offices at 6179 Anna’s Hope on Friday, Oct. 28. The division was temporarily relocated to Mars Hill, St. Croix. It returns to Anna’s Hope to provide services offered by the Foster Care and Adoption Unit and Protective Care Unit.
