Weston Brandt Dies

He is survived by his wife, Adeline Javois Brandt: daughter, Petrina Thompson Brandt; son, Easton Brandt; grandsons: D’Mari Thompson Riley and Antwone Brandt; granddaughter, Shenola Brandt; brothers: David, Joseph, Wendell and Mike; sister, Josette; nieces: Darlene, Arlene, Magdalene, Claudena, Janelle, Nicole, Laurian, Maudelcia and Judith; and nephews: Victor James Jr., David Brandt Jr., Wendell Brand Jr., Vance Brand, Junior, Kenny and Gershom; and son-in-law, Omari Riley.
He is also survived by brother-in-law, Victor James; sister-in-law, Verna Julian; and special friends: Lori and Chris Hillstrand, Leroy “Danny” and Sandra Allen, Rosie, Tito and Jr. Shoy, Rodney “Sunny” Greenaway, Henry “Castro” Sadler, Sharon and Leroy Jackson, the Reid family, the Allen family, Josepha Fenton, the Daley family, the Molyneaux family, William Greer, John Henry, Noel Hussey, James Greenaway, Johnnie Ham and Miss Agnes, Fittest Man and Gas Tank.
Other survivors include his cat, Diamond Girl Brandt; dog, Jerry Brandt; other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Special thanks to all the families for whom he had worked as a caretaker over the past few years, and the friends and neighbors who have visited and supported the family in its time of bereavement.
A viewing will be held at 8:30 a.m. and a funeral service at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Peter’s Rest Seventh-day Adventist, Estate Peter’s Rest. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
