Registration to Begin Sept. 12 for Adult Education, Literacy and GED Prep

Registration for first semester Adult Basic Education (ABE)/Literacy and GED Prep classes for School Year 2016-17 will begin on Monday, Sept. 12, at the Adult Education Center, located across from the fire station in Estate Richmond. Registration will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Interested adult learners who are 16 years and older should bring a current picture ID to register.
Returning students in levels 3 and 4 are also scheduled to report on Monday, Sept. 12, to begin classes.
Tuition is $50 per student, payable by money order only to the ‘Virgin Islands Department of Education, Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands.’ No cash will be accepted.
Registration information will be forthcoming for the Adult Secondary, GED Prep and Adult Basic/Literacy night school programs at the St. Croix Educational Complex.
