Bill No. 31-0316 – An Act amending Title 29, V.I.C., chapter 8, adding subchapter 11 to establish a comprehensive waste reduction, recycling and composting program in the Virgin Islands
Bill No. 31-0380 – An Act to create a new subchapter III within Title 29, chapter 8 of the V.I.C., establishing a Source Separation Law in the USVI to promote the general health, welfare and safety of the residents of the Virgin Islands and to protect the environment, and to manage the solid waste stream in the USVI

Appropriations Transfers:
Request for Appropriation Transfer No. 2016-9 Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) request the appropriation transfer from Personnel and Fringe Benefits and Utilities to Operating Expenses in the sum total of $319,500
Request for Appropriation Transfer No. 2016-10 Department of Justice (DOJ) request for appropriation transfer from Personnel and Fringe Benefits and Utilities to Operation Expenses in the total sum of $761,835
Request for Appropriaton Transfer No. 2016-11 Department of Education (DOE) request for appropriation transfer from personnel and fringe benefits and utilities to operating expenses in the total sum of $2,119,500
The committee will also consider the 2017 Budget Bills
