Bill No. 31-0316 – An Act to amend Title 29 V.I.C., chapter 8, adding subchapter 11 to establish a comprehensive waste reduction, recycling and composting program in the V.I.
Bill No. 31-0380 – An Act amending Title 19 V.I.C., chapter 56, enacting the V.I. Source Separation Act to promote the general health, welfare and safety of the residents of the Virgin Islands, to protect the environment, and to manage the solid waste stream in the V.I.
