The Virgin Islands Department of Education (DOE) informs the general public that Commissioner Sharon Ann McCollum is out on medical leave. Official duties of the DOE are being conducted by Assistant Commissioner Chermaine Hobson Johnson and other members of the leadership team. McCollum will resume her official duties when she has been medically cleared to do so. She extends congratulations and best wishes to all members of the Class of 2016.
