DPNR to Conduct Mooring Field Assessments

The Division of Environmental Enforcement will be conducting marine assessments of all mooring fields covered under the U.S. Virgin Islands Code, according to a press release issued on Tuesday by the V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR).
This assessment will allow the DPNR to map out each mooring field in order to improve management and provide better service to the community.
Commissioner Dawn L. Henry thanks the boaters for their continued cooperation in this regard.
For more information, contact Howard Forbes Sr., director, at 773-5774 on St. Croix or Jessica A.M. Parris, assistant director, at 774-3320, ext. 5125 on St. Thomas
