A man wanted in connection to a domestic violence case, Waldemar Martinez, 24, of St. Croix, turned himself in at the Wilbur Francis Command Police Station on Saturday afternoon. (See Related Links below)
Martinez was placed under arrest and charged with destruction of property and assault in the second degree in a domestic violence incident.
