Bill No. 31-0240 – An Act amending Title 29, V.I.C., chapter 38, adding section 426 relating to the regulation of the car rental business providing for a $3.75 infrastructure maintenance surcharge on the rental of drive yourself rental motor vehicles for deposit onto the Transportation Trust Fund
Request for Appropriation Transfer – for salary increases for classified (non-union) employees of the Office of Management and Budget in the sum of $109,912 from operating expenses to personnel and fringe benefits
Bill No. 31-0340 – An Act providing for a cost analysis to evaluate the feasibility of providing lodging accommodations to the Legislative and Executive branch officers and employees in 25 of the housing units acquired through the Operating Agreement by and among the Government of the Virgin Islands and Limetree Bay Terminals LLC dated Dec. 1, 2015.
Bill No. 31-0256 – An Act amending Title 30, V.I.C., chapter 1, subchapter I, section 9a, relating to the interest rate paid by the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA) on customer deposits, requiring that WAPA pay interest on customer deposit at a rate equal to the average prevailing interest rate paid by banks
