Ossie Kahmil Constant, who was wanted by St. Croix police, was arrested early Saturday, the V.I. Police Department reported.
The 31-year-old Constant was arrested in connection with a Jan. 7 incident Thursday, January. According to police Constant broke into his former girlfriend’s residence in the Ruby Rouse Housing Community (formerly Watergut Homes) and assaulted her.
Officers arrest Constant at 1:20 a.m. Saturday and charged him with second-degree burglary/domestic violence.
No bail was set and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise of rights hearing.
