Hulda A. Walters Dies

Hulda A. Walters Hulda A. Walters died on Oct. 26.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Brown; sons: Warren Brown and Rodney Thomas Sr.; sister-in-law, Norma Walters; brother, Ezekiel Walters; daughters-in-law: Dawn Thomas and Jennifer Stone Brown; granddaughters: Deanna Cornelius, Renisha Thomas and Latoya Browne; grandsons: Troy Brown, Rodney Thomas Jr., Akeem de’Grasse, Romano Thomas and De’Vante Thomas; nieces: Inez George, Delores McBean, Gladys Walters and Geralda Walters; and nephews: Melvin Rhymer and Gerald Walters.

She is also survived by great-grandchildren: Te’Quan Brown, LaMar Golden Jr., Joey Swanson Jr., Amari Antoine, Amir Parilla and T’Kai Thomas; cousins: the James, Brooks, Williams, Francis, Meyers, Pemberton and Walters families; special friends: Althea Marshall, Hermiome Somerszaul, Icilma Browne, Doreen Chesterfield, Mr. and Mrs. Roper, Mr. and Mrs. Mario Golden and family, Agnes Shanderson and family, and the Bethlehem Family and Friends Rejuvenated Club; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

Special thanks to Continuum Care and its staff, Department of Human Services Homemakers Division and Sylvia Archibald for all their care and dedication to our mother health and wellbeing.
A viewing will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, at Divine Funeral Services.
A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church , Barren Spot. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
