Friends of V.I. National Park Seeks Volunteers to Clean Park

Friends of Virgin Islands National Park (VINP) will be clearing trails and ruins every Tuesday and Thursday morning from Nov.18 through April 16. Learn about the history of the island by volunteering with VINP. All are welcome.
The volunteer van will pick participants up at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the National Park Service (NPS) maintenance lot (next to Mongoose Junction) and at 8:15 a.m. at the Cinnamon Bay Campground Taxi Stand. The work usually ends around 1 p.m. Tools, gloves, ice water and transportation will be provided.
For additional information, e-mail volunteer coordinator Anna Adams at anna@friendsvinp.org or call 779-4940.
