Coral World Ocean Park Offers New Online Reservation System

Coral World Ocean Park has announced that its new online reservation system is open for business. Built by Core Cashless, a leading provider of cashless payment and point of sales systems for the amusement and recreation industries, the new system makes it easy to reserve and purchase tickets for Coral World Ocean Park admission and activities as well as for the Butterfly Garden. By simply going online, visitors can reserve their choices of dates and times in a matter of minutes from the comfort of their homes.
The new reservation system allows Coral World Ocean Park to take its call-in based reservations process online for the first time, creating tremendous efficiencies for both park staff and visitors. The new reservation system will enable Coral World park staff to more effectively manage activities and benefit from centralized reporting and auditing.
“We are very pleased to launch this new reservation system to meet the ongoing needs of our guests,” said Valerie Peters, marketing director. “By revamping our reservations processes, we are providing a valuable service to our guests, while encouraging greater participation in our various activities.”
To make reservations, guests can visit the Coral World Ocean Park Web site, www.coraworldvi.com, where they’ll see the new online reservation option.
For those without computers or who still prefer using a phone, they can call Coral World Ocean Park directly at 888-695-2073; park staff will be able to use the new system to help callers with reservations. School group outings, special events, weddings and birthday reservations will continue to be made only through the park office.
